Return and Refund Policy
We deliver what we promise. In a rare event where you’re not satisfied with your gadget, we have an easy Return Policy in place for you.
• Every refurbished gadget you buy comes with a 7 days return policy, applicable from the date of delivery.
• To return your gadget, you must raise a request within 48 hours after delivery.

• Once your issue is confirmed, and then we’ll arrange a pickup after verifying the issue. INR 150/- shall be applicable on every pickup & drop.
IMEI/Serial Number Validation: This is needed to help establish the validity of the return period.
Damage Reporting Timeframe: If you’re returning a device due to damage/physical condition issues, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery along with an unboxing video of the purchased device.
Device Images: You’ll need to share front, back & side images of the device before packing it for pickup. We will also require a video recording of the device.
Return Reason Verification: In case the return is raised due to an issue with the device, the reason should match the issue, else, the return request shall stand canceled.
Seal Integrity Requirement: The seal on and inside the device must be intact. We might fail to provide resolution in case any tampering is noticed at the time of receiving the returned device.
Return Packaging Requirement: Proper packaging is required to avoid physical damage during return transit. You must use the original box for shipping the product back to our warehouse. Zobox reserves the right to deduct/recover money for improper packaging.
Agreement Completeness: This Agreement is the complete and exclusive agreement between Company and the Customer only.
Force Majeure Clause: Zobox shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control, such as natural calamities, strikes, Governmental actions, etc.
